Welcome to StickItUp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website (stickitup.ca) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

We sell sticker-based products. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.
3. Order Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Missing or incomplete information provided by the customer
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help—but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment by contacting hello@stickitup.ca

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Due to the low-cost nature of our products, we do not accept returns without a valid reason.
If your order is:

Incorrect
Contact hello@stickitup.ca with details and we will review your case. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including designs, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by StickItUp and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
