Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us ASAP at hello@stickitup.ca.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
Returns & Issues
Since our products are low-cost sticker items, we do not accept returns without a valid reason.
However, if something’s off, we’ve got you:

You received the wrong item

Your order arrived damaged or defective

There’s a clear issue with your order
Email us at hello@stickitup.ca with your order details and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds
If your issue is approved:

We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
